Progress!

It's been a little while since I posted, but I'm still looking for that purrfect home. Let me tell you about what great progress I've made since I left the shelter.
  • I've lost about a pound! Thanks to being in a stress-free environment, I don't feel like I need to eat all the time anymore. Hopefully with the right diet and exercise, I will get to my ideal weight in no time.
  • I've become extremely tolerant of being picked up and carried around.
  • I'm getting more used to being in a carrier. Before, I would give the loudest, most pitiful cry you've ever heard, all the way from the front door to the car (this is especially fun when you live in a high-rise with thin walls). People would emerge from their apartments, wondering who was torturing a cat in the hallway. But now I'll only give a few meows of protest, if anything.
  • I let my foster mom clip my nails today. Well, only 7 of them. But that's something.
